JTI Online provides personality assessment services based on the Jungian Type Index. The Service includes:

• Administration of personality assessments
• Generation of personality type reports
• Group and team analysis features
• Educational resources about personality types

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

The JTI assessment results are intended for personal development and educational purposes. Results should not be used as the sole basis for:

• Employment decisions
• Clinical diagnoses
• Selection or screening processes

Users acknowledge that personality assessments provide insights into preferences and tendencies, not fixed traits or abilities.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to JTI Online. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

JTI Online and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
