Carl Jung first published his typology in 1921, looking for patterns underneath what seemed like infinite individual differences. JTI uses that work as its foundation and updates the language for modern use, without removing what makes it useful.

Most indicators publish their own validity claims. JTI is validated by DNV, an external assurance body with no commercial stake in the result.

AI added on top of the science
