The science

Built on Jung's typology, validated by DNV, and continually studied.

Carl Jung first published his typology in 1921, looking for patterns underneath what seemed like infinite individual differences. JTI uses that work as its foundation and updates the language for modern use, without removing what makes it useful.

Type isn't a label so much as a description of preferences: the patterns of energy, attention, decision-making and lifestyle that come naturally to you. JTI maps four:

There are many ways to talk about personality. JTI takes three things seriously that other indicators often don't:

Independent validation

Most indicators publish their own validity claims. JTI is validated by DNV, an external assurance body with no commercial stake in the result.

Modern, ordinary language

We use the kind of language a thoughtful HR partner or coach would use, not jargon and not pop-psychology archetypes.

AI added on top of the science

All the AI-generated content is grounded in the same psychometric foundation as the rest of JTI. The AI extends the experience; it doesn't invent the underlying psychology.
